About the Role
Work hours: 9AM to 6PM EST
Work arrangement: Remote
What you’ll do
Target Identification: Strategically research and map target school districts and key decision-makers (Superintendents, CFOs, Curriculum Directors) using market data and internal segmentation criteria.
Outbound Campaign Execution: Design and execute personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, social media, specialized networks) to initiate contact and educate prospects on the client's value.
Initial Engagement: Manage early-stage prospect interactions, focusing on stimulating interest and scheduling introductory discovery calls for the SDR team.
Data Integrity: Maintain rigorous documentation of prospect data and outreach activities within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and handoffs.
Secondary/Administrative (Minor Billing Support)
Issue and distribute client invoices in a timely manner.
Perform follow-up communication with clients to collect on unpaid invoices.
Note: This role does not include reconciling invoices with the company's General Ledger.
What You Bring
3+ years in market research, business development, or direct-to-prospect outbound experience, ideally in a complex B2B or EdTech environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Strong ability to rapidly assimilate and articulate the client's complex analytics value proposition to a non-technical executive audience.
Demonstrated proficiency in using research tools to identify and penetrate strategic target accounts and key decision-makers.
Exceptional written communication skills with a proven track record of creating persuasive, customized outreach that drives response rates.
Possesses the necessary resilience and self-starter attitude required to consistently break into new accounts and manage high-volume activity.
