Role Overview:
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and qualifying new sales leads to fuel the top of the funnel for Muvr’s inbound and outbound sales teams. This role requires a mix of research, prospecting, data enrichment, and automation to consistently deliver high-quality leads across multiple channels and verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Google Maps, and other databases
- Build and maintain lead lists segmented by region, industry, and potential deal size
- Enrich lead data with accurate contact information and company details
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead criteria and targeting
- Utilize CRM and prospecting tools to log, track, and manage lead pipelines
- Support outbound campaigns through lead list delivery and performance feedback
- Continuously improve sourcing workflows through automation and tooling
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Detail-oriented with strong data management and research skills
- Self-starter with the ability to hit daily lead sourcing targets (500+ new leads/day)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
- Understanding of logistics, mobility, or marketplace platforms is a plus
