⢠Update and maintain a Google Sheets file with contact details (emails, phone numbers, organization information).

⢠Research a wide range of healthcare organizations, from individual physicians to major insurers and groups involved in areas spanning pregnancy to hospice care.

⢠Verify contact information through web research; this may include calling offices to request updated emails or other details if needed.

⢠Assist with basic lead organization and tracking.

⢠As the role grows, help enter and manage leads in CRM systems such as HubSpot and client CRMs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
