Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generator with expertise in cold calling, lead cleaning, and data verification. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and maintaining an organized lead database. A background in accounting is a plus, as many of our clients are in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and set appointments.
- Research and identify potential clients through various sources.
- Qualify and clean leads to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with verified leads and client details.
- Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support revenue growth.
- Understand client needs, particularly in the accounting and financial sectors.
- Meet and exceed lead generation targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with a CRM system and maintain an organized database.
- Accounting or financial industry background is a plus.
- Strong research skills to identify quality leads.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
