About the Role: This is a pivotal, high-impact role for a hands-on, "full-stack" lead generator who will own the entire sales enablement and lead generation process within the public relations (PR) industry. You'll be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by managing paid ad campaigns, executing cold email outreach, and optimizing funnels with the goal of achieving a minimum of 3X ROAS. The ideal candidate is a proactive and autonomous professional who possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking and technical expertise, directly impacting business growth by ensuring a steady flow of qualified calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute high-quality, outbound lead generation strategies using channels like Google and Meta Ads, and cold email outreach.
• Develop and implement systems to effectively convert inbound interest into qualified sales calls.
• Drive engaged prospects into booked calls by managing daily ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google with the goal of maintaining a minimum of 3X ROAS.
• Run weekly split tests on funnels, creatives, and ad copy, and analyze key data and metrics to continuously optimize all lead generation efforts.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead management, and provide guidance on best practices to improve overall sales processes.
• Manage and tailor email sequences using software like Apollo.io to execute cold email campaigns at scale.
• Provide strategic oversight to ensure all lead generation efforts are aligned with overall business growth objectives.
• Develop and execute growth strategies by testing new marketing channels and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform your growth strategies.
• Serve as a hands-on, "full-stack" lead generator who owns all aspects of lead generation and sales enablement.
• Current, hands-on experience doing lead generation for U.S.-based marketing agencies, not just overseeing a team.

Qualifications:

Required

• At least 3 years of experience in a lead generation or growth marketing role in a PR environment, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in both outbound (paid ads, cold email) and inbound (content, landing pages) lead generation.
• Proven experience managing $50,000+ in monthly ad spend across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of funnel strategy and customer journey design (cold outreach → booked call → nurture → sales handoff).
• Expertise in lead generation tools and techniques, including GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, automations, appointment flows, nurture campaigns), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation software.
• Possesses strong technical and analytical skills, with a keen ability to analyze data and track metrics for continuous optimization - monitoring CPL, conversion rates, show-up rates, ROI, and running split-tests for continuous improvement.
• A self-starter who exhibits strong leadership qualities, able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects without constant oversight.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with sales and other internal teams.
• Experience in strategy development for sales and lead conversion, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
• A proven record of generating booked calls directly for sales teams.

Preferred

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.  
• Experience working in a remote / distributed team environment.
