Lead Qualification Specialist – High-Value Appointments



The Investors Edge | Full-Time | Remote
Mon - Thurs 1:30PM to 9PM or 10PM MST | Fri 1:30PM to 5PM MST
Base Salary: $52K + Bonus up to $27K | OTE: $97K

Your Day-to-Day

  • Engage 25+ warm leads daily via call/text
  • Book qualified appointments using a defined script
  • Maintain CRM entries in real time
  • Follow KPIs and exceed talk time expectations (3.5+ hrs/day)



Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

  • 1+ year of phone-only appointment setting
  • 60+ dials/day, 3.5+ hrs talk time
  • B2C (not B2B), high-ticket experience ($3K+)
  • Never self-employed in the last 6 months
  • Max 3 jobs in last 5 years
  • Confident, coachable, and performance-driven
  • Recognized in the last 2 years for achievement (personal or professional)
