The Maintenance Technician position performs highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in alignment with safety, preventive, predictive, and productive maintenance systems. This role supports achieving the site’s business goals and objectives by ensuring continuous and efficient operations. We are seeking a skilled technician with a strong background in automation and experience in a fast-paced food industry environment. This critical role ensures smooth operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving machinery and systems to meet production goals. A flexible schedule is required, with the ability to work across both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed to provide continuous support and minimize production downtime.
High school diploma/GED.
Completion of a craft apprenticeship (like Millwright), or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
4+ years of manufacturing experience; electric, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming experience.
