Mid-level Data Engineer/Analyst - Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML)

We have an immediate opening for a Mid-leveled Data Analyst/Engineer - Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) to engineer and develop our growing automation practice. As a federal contractor, you will work in a USAF/Military client-facing role, supporting the development of AI/ML and automated solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement AI and ML solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI and ML solutions
• Participate in the development of proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and ML
• Knowledge of Cloud Standards and Best Practices, Price Models, Service Models (Iaas and PaaS) and Cybersecurity concepts in the Federal Government.
• Experience with the following: 
  • Cloud Services, DevOps, API Architecture, NSOC, Apps Development, AI, ML, and RPA.
• Understanding of ITIL, Agile, Service-Oriented Architecture, Component-Based Development, Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement, DevOps, Automated Testing and Deployment, Microservices, and Containerization.
• Experience in the design and mapping of medium to large-sized software applications, preferably in the cloud and/or container environment.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related field
• US citizenship required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain a successful DoD Federal Background Investigation/TOP SECRET security clearance 
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Experience with AI and ML frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Understanding of data engineering principles and data modeling concepts
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
• Must have the ability to write data mid and advanced API and Python Scripts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in computer science, data science, or related field
• Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins or Docker
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and cloud security best practices
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
