Multimedia Graphic Designer


Addium is seeking a versatile Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across digital and offline channels. From social-first content to campaign assets, you’ll bring a modern, creative approach to visual storytelling – with a balance of production precision and conceptual thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce compelling high-quality marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, email campaigns, website graphics, social media content, presentations, videos, and print collateral to fulfil our commercial and communication needs.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to build creative content that enhances our brand for both internal and external audiences. 
  • Participate in creative reviews, present multiple design options, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Balance quick-turn projects with larger conceptual initiatives, maintaining quality at all levels.
  • Stay current with industry design trends and apply them to elevate Addium’s creative output.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across a range of channels and formats (print, web, social, email, animation, and video). Portfolio submission required with application. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent eye for typography, grid systems, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and hit deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Creativity, adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, or Visual Arts

Bonus points if you have 

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
  • Video content creation, editing, and motion design ability (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • A portfolio with strong evidence of idea-driven conceptual thinking.
  • Interest in UX design.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Packaging and print production know-how.
