Based in Germany, we are expanding our remote sales team and looking for a motivated colleague to support our Czech and English-speaking clients.

Assist with the repatriation of patients in urgent medical situations
Coordinate, book, and manage air ambulance and private charter operations
Take the lead on international projects with dynamic daily tasks
Advise and support customers with professionalism and empathy
Oversee the full sales and operations cycle — from planning to execution
Help develop and grow a strong partner network
Stay on top of market developments and contribute to competitive analysis
Take on multilingual project responsibilities in sales
Native or high-level fluency in Czech and English
Clear, confident communication with a client-focused mindset
Calm and adaptable under pressure — you stay solution-oriented
Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative spirit
Experience living or working abroad
Motivated, detail-driven, and self-organized
Strong time management skills
Open to working shifts and occasional weekends
Passion for international work and helping others
Full onboarding and training — aviation or medical background is helpful, but not required
