Job Description:

Ad Insight is hiring part-time or full-time remote Sales Representatives to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a W-2, commission-based role with full training, software access, and lead tools provided. We help towing and service-based businesses grow through Google Ads, SEO, and websites. Our ideal candidate has experience in cold calling, a background in towing or local service industries, and a basic understanding of online marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Call qualified leads and schedule appointments with business owners
• Close sales for services like Google Ads, SEO, and websites
• Follow up with warm leads and prospects
• Use CRM and dialer software (provided) to manage outreach
• Work part-time (Tues–Fri, 10 AM–2 PM suggested) or full-time if desired

Requirements:

• 1+ year of cold sales experience (B2B or phone-based)
• Organized and reliable with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a digital workflow
• Experience in towing industry or blue-collar services is a major plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
• Willing to learn — we provide training to the right fit
• Cleen background and drug free.

Compensation & Benefits:

• W-2 employee status
• Commission-based pay with stackable bonuses
• $25–$150 activity and appointment bonuses
• $200–$500 per sale (Google Ads, SEO, websites)
• $50/month recurring for active accounts
• Performance bonuses up to $1,000/month
• Software and CRM access provided
• Potential to earn $4,000+/month part-time
