We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas and exceptional design skills to our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll take projects from concept to completion, creating marketing collateral, digital assets, videos, landing pages, brochures, and more, all within our established brand guidelines. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Brand, Product Management, and Marketing Services to deliver creative that inspires and drives results.

You’ll leverage industry-leading tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe’s AI tools), and generative AI for photo editing and accessibility to push creative boundaries. YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

• Are you a digital design expert? Create compelling assets for websites, landing pages, email templates, web banners, and paid media ads in partnership with UX, customer experience, and analytics teams.
• Do you love storytelling through design? Develop marketing materials for all brands, including brochures, POP, advertisements, and logos. Create storyboards for video production and assist with photo and video shoots.
• Are you detail-oriented? Perform photo editing and retouching to ensure every visual meets our high standards.
• Do you thrive in organized chaos? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, using your project management skills to deliver on time and within scope.
• Do you value collaboration? Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
   

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Art or Graphic Design.
• 7+ years of experience in web and print design, video, and photo editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Experience using generative AI for photo editing and accessibility is required, including the use of Adobe’s AI Tools.
• Knowledge of UX and UI principles to inform design decisions.
• Project Management experience required with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio review required.

Hiring Range: $25.55 - $40.04.
